Today we are speaking with Leslie Grossman.  Leslie is not the actress in American Horror Story. She is the author and executive coach. She is also on the faculty of George Washington University leading the executive women's leadership program there. And now she is the founder of circle leadership, her latest initiative is designed to give coaches and HR leaders whose goal is to foster greater gender equity in the workplace to provide them the skills, knowledge, and insights that they need to achieve their highest goals.
